VST ORVR Solution Certified in Texas For Dresser/WayneVac Stage II Gasoline Dispensers

Springboro, Ohio – USA – May 7, 2007 – Vapor Systems Technologies, Inc. (VST) has obtained its newest certification approval from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). VST’s patented ENVIRO-LOC™ ORVR Hanging Hardware Solution is now certified for use on Dresser Wayne WayneVac Stage II system dispensers. This approval enhances VST’s earlier TCEQ certification of the same hanging hardware solution on Gilbarco and Schlumberger dispensers that use VaporVac Stage II systems.

The VST ENVIRO-LOC™ ORVR Solution simply involves the installation of VST’s approved hanging hardware (whip hose, safety breakaway, primary hose, and nozzle) at the dispenser’s fueling positions. It is an easy, low-cost approach to making Dresser/Wayne WayneVac and Gilbarco VaporVac dispensers legally compliant in accordance with Title 30 Texas Administrative Code TAC 115.243(2) as applicable to existing or new gasoline dispensing facility installations. Additionally, it can be done in a matter of minutes without ever shutting down the station during the upgrade process.

VST’s next generation technology is currently a successful, marketed ORVR compatible solution in Texas with thousands of fueling positions already retrofitted on VaporVac systems. Now, marketers with WayneVac Stage II systems may also utilize the lowest cost solution for creating compatibility between Onboard Refueling Vapor Recovery (ORVR) system vehicles and gasoline dispensers.

In addition to easy installation, compliance to Texas legislation, and being the lowest cost ORVR compatibility solution, the VST ENVIRO-LOC™ ORVR Solution pays for itself while protecting both air and water from fugitive vapor emission contamination. This technology helps manage underground storage tank (UST) over-pressurization, thus causing once lost fugitive emissions to become saleable merchandise.
